SVS has an agreement with Jeonju City to invest in the Extra Mile Licorn Fund, which aims to foster the growth of entrepreneurial small business owners in the region. Licorn refers to small business owners based locally who create regional content and lifestyle offerings. MYSC, the fund manager for the Licorn Fund account within the fund of funds (Korea Venture Investment) invested by the Ministry of SMEs and Ventures, serves as the fund manager for this fund.

This fund is characterised by the participation of numerous local government investors, including Gyeongsangbuk-do Province and Yeongam-gun in Jeollanam-do, alongside the master fund. It will invest an amount equivalent to twice the combined investment from Jeonju City and the Foundation into social economy enterprises located in Jeonju (or planning to relocate there). This aims to foster the growth of local solidarity economy enterprises through investment and stimulate the regional economy.
