SVS invests in a social innovation technology fund specializing in ICT to create an investment environment where startups can grow into leaders of transformative social change. The Open Innovation Fund focuses on early stage startups in the untact sector that are growing by launching products and services that respond quickly to rapidly changing lifestyles and business areas after COVID-19.
The fund has invested in a total of 23 companies since its establishment, and is driving the discovery and growth of early stage social economy companies based on technology such as biohealth and environment that respond to post-corona, such as eco-friendly and resource recycling, marine garbage disposal, development of assistive technology devices for the visually impaired such as Braille smartwatches, and resolution of inequality among socially vulnerable groups.
