“How can Korean philantrophic foundations use impact investment as a tool for achieving their goals?”

Korea Social Value and Solidarity Foundation organized a session with Mr. Patrick Briaud, Principal of Impact Investing at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors on Novenber 22, 2024 at the video meeting room of Central Public Agency of Social Services. Participants learned about how to start on the impact investing and cases of American organizations that RPA has consulted with. Participants could get insights on the spectrum of impact investments, RPA’s Impact Investing Handbook, how to make the investment policy statement, operational plans, and actual examples of equity/loan investment.

Invited foundations, impact fund managers, legal experts, and researchers also shared with Korean situation and practices.
